A new brochure from SpectraSensors (USA) describes the use of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) analysers for on-line monitoring applications in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) processing facilities. TDL analysers measure trace levels of H2O, H2S, and CO2 in natural gas during pretreatment steps prior to cryogenic liquefaction.

Data from TDL analysers help support continuous, un-interrupted operation of amine caustic scrubbing, molecular sieve dehydration, and gas liquefaction process trains for on-time LNG loading and shipments.
