A speed upgrade to Anton Paar’s new high-performance density meter series brings four-digit density measurements in only 20 seconds. That’s three times faster than the predecessor. No other density meter in the world comes close.

Highlights of the series include:

  • Full compliance according to ASTM D4052, D5002, and ISO 12185; the devices align with ASTM D1250 API table 53 A, B and D.
  • The density meter’s viscosity correction feature ensures highly accurate measurements over the entire measuring range, including for highly viscous and highly dense samples; the technology is groundbreaking: the instrument is ideally suited for testing in the petroleum industry.
  • An 8x quicker operating system supporting 30+ guided user workflows, a quick, industry-specific instrument setup based on 5 predefined profiles, and a supreme user experience and response time, with interaction via the crystal-clear 10.1” touch display.
  • The highest possible sample throughput via combination with a wide range of sample changers, dedicated for petroleum applications.
  • A brand-new, ultrafast measuring mode, delivering results with 4-digit accuracy in 20 seconds, including when the sample temperature deviates from the test temperature, with zero wait time; our mastery of physics means results are ready way before temperature equilibrium.
  • The density meters can be used with various data interfaces; they can also be linked to AP Connect, Anton Paar’s lab execution software, helping users lay the groundwork for the paperless lab of the future.
