Anton Paar’s new SVM 1101 Simple Fill viscometer provides competitively priced standards-compliant density and non-standards-compliant viscosity analysis. The SVM 1101 Simple Fill viscometer is simple to operate; with the Simple Fill funnel, there is no need to use a syringe to load the sample. This lightweight device weighs in at 6.5 kg, offers low power consumption of 75 W and can be run on batteries, so it is completely portable. At the level of price, precision, power consumption and portability, the SVM 1011 is unsurpassed.

This cost-effective device provides ASTM D4052- and ISO 12185-compliant density measurements as well as fast viscosity results; its semi-automatic measurement capabilities make it both easy and cost-effective to operate. The instrument can be cleaned quickly and easily thanks to its automatic cleaning feature with drying with an integrated air pump, which efficiently sets-up the SVM 1101 for its next test. A measurement takes only two minutes of operator time, minimal little training is required and operational errors are a rare occurrence, thanks largely to the FillingCheck™ feature, which guarantees precise filling every time.
