Fully Automatic Crude Oil Distillation System

PILODIST (Germany) offers processor controlled crude oil distillation system for fully automatic operation according to ASTM D-2892.

Compact design with sophisticated control and evaluation system and well as safety features for unattended operation from debutanisation till cooling mode after the last vacuum run. No operator intervention and no intermediate stops are required. The distillation ensues automatically from the gas cut (IBP) to the pre-selected end point without any interruptions and any interventions. The yield calculation refers to the weight of the flask charge.

Data station for overriding parameter input as well as for display and print-out of all operation parameters, distillation results and printout of the TBP-curve in weight percent as well as volume percent. The system is modularly constructed and is expandable for further options like water removal.

PILODIST deliver, assemble and hand over turn key systems and take care of intensive operator training as well as after sales service by appointed distributors. Standard flask sizes are available from 1 – 20 L, other volumes are possible on request. Worldwide references are available.
