PAMAS develops, manufactures, distributes and services liquid particle counters to measure particulate contamination in liquids. The highly sophisticated optical sensors are manufactured at the company’s plant in Germany.

The professional expertise required in optical particle measurement is not only used in the development  and  manufacture  of  its own  products: PAMAS also participates in numerous standardisation committees such as ISO TC 131/SC 6 working on the standard ISO 11171 for the calibration of automatic particle counters. PAMAS is also  actively involved in the standardisation work of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), EI (Energy Institute) and VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie).
