TriboTonic announces new partnership with CFR Engines Canada ULC

TriboTonic are delighted to announce they have partnered with CFR Engines Canada ULC, to sell, support and supply parts for both new and existing Ignition Quality Tester (IQT) instruments across Western Europe. This partnership presents an exciting opportunity for customers across Europe to receive first class IQT product access, knowledge, and support through TriboTonic.

For over 20 years the IQT product line has been measuring the ignition quality of diesel and alternative diesel fuels in accordance with specification test methods ASTM D6890, EN 15195, and IP498.  The CFR IQT is the referee test method in EN 15940, the paraffinic fuels specification in Europe.

With a similar 20+ years of experience working within the tribology and petroleum sectors, Dr Richard Baker founded TriboTonic in 2019. The IQT product line from CFR will complement TriboTonic’s existing partnerships with PCS Instruments Ltd and Falex USA.
