Sparling Instruments (USA) opens a broad new territory by teaming with CFM-SF Inc. and industrial engineering firm, Western States Controls, a subsidiary of CFM-SF, Inc. Industrial companies throughout northern California, the Reno-metro area, and Nevada’s Carson Valley now have full-service sales support for Sparling Instruments’ flow meters.

CFM-SF provides industrial systems engineering; field services, commissioning, testing, start-up, and calibration for instrumentation; and sales support for select manufacturers like Sparling Instruments. CFM-SF now incorporates the proven quality and reliability of Sparling Instruments into liquid process systems they design, and offers sales customers authoritative advice and support for their own systems. CFM-SF is located in Martinez, California, and has been in business for more than 10 years.

“This partnership between Sparling Instruments and CFM-SF means that customers in northern California and northern Nevada now have not only sales support for Sparling’s products, but their experience in designing and implementing liquid process systems. This puts CFM-SF in a unique position to help customers select the best applications and configurations for Sparling Instruments flow meters. Our products are now available to an entire new region, and fully backed by the knowledge and experience of CFM-SF. We’re proud to be offering this premium service level to a whole new market,” said Yosufi Tyebkhan, President of Sparling Instruments.

Sparling Instruments manufactures its flow meters in California in its ISO-9001:2008 certified facility, and tests and certifies each meter in its NIST traceable flow lab. Thanks to domestic production and shorter shipping routes, the delivery cycle is dramatically shorter, even for products manufactured to custom specifications.

“Working together with Sparling Instruments allows CFM-SF to fast-track our customers’ orders and projects, because Sparling is manufacturing our orders right here in California, and as a partner, our orders are expedited to give the fastest turn-around possible. We’re able to use our first-choice flow meters without compromising schedules and budgets. It’s a win for all parties,” explained Tim Rose, President of CFM-SF, Inc., parent company of Western States Controls.
