Servomex (UK) has strengthened its operations in the Americas with the appointment of Todd Newell as Product & Marketing Manager of Plasma and GC Analysers for Servomex Canada and Sean Casey as Business Manager for Latin & South America.
Responsible for the global management and optimisation of Servomex Canada’s acclaimed range of Plasma and GC Analysers, Todd will be responsible for products utilising Servomex’s plasma emission detection or peak slicing gas chromatography technologies, including the Servopro Chroma (k4000ng) series trace gas analyser, Servopro Plasma (k2001ns) series trace nitrogen in argon or helium online gas analyser and Servopro PlasmaExact (k2002) nitrogen in argon or helium online gas analyser. Todd brings both a strong technical background and extensive experience in sales to oversee the marketing and delivery of world-class product solutions for Servomex Canada, the new name for the Kontrol Analytik brand acquired by Servomex in 2007. Previously Servomex Sales Manager for Latin and South America, Todd will not only oversee the continued growth of a leading global market position for Servomex Canada, but will also manage the continuous review and analysis of the plasma and GC products to ensure they retain their position as the leading global analysers of their type. Replacing Todd in South America is Sean Casey, who has been appointed Business Manager responsible for all aspects of the Servomex operations across Latin & South America including sales, service and marketing. Formerly Sales Manager for Honeywell Analytics in Latin & South America, Sean brings to Servomex a strong grounding in industrial processes and measurement & control for major industries including oil and gas production, refining, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Latin American History, Sean is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, has lived in Brazil for 3 years and worked in the region since 1998 for both Honeywell Analytics and smoke detection measurement manufacturer Vision Systems.“We are very excited that Todd and Sean have decided to take up these key positions for Servomex,” says Chuck Hurley, General Manager, Servomex Americas.
