After nearly ten successful years as master European distributor for U.S. based Racine Federated Inc. (RFI), Premier Control Technologies are pleased to announce the company`s acquisition by RFI. This strategic investment enables PCT to build upon its recent rapid growth, and provides RFI with a solid foundation for European sales, service and support for its flow measurement products.
After careful consideration, the RFI Europe moniker and new logo have been chosen to represent the new organization. PCT remains as the UK sales and service distribution arm of RFI Europe. The same expert service and technical support that customers and dealerships have come to expect from PCT will continue. In fact, RFI Europe will soon be audited to become ISO 9001:2000 certified.
The remainder of 2008 will see a continuance of new product introductions, with a focus on delivering a more ATEX compliant product platform to meet the demands of European distributors and customers. RFI Europe will also act as a liaison to ensure that the European market`s technical and certification requirements are communicated and adhered to.
Personnel, operating procedures, and contact numbers will remain the same, although they are now in a new location on the grounds of Kilverstone, Thetford, UK. RFI Europe headquarters includes a large conference room and state of the art training suite, as well as enhanced product repair and testing facilities.
