Acquisition of Edxrf Specialists Confirmed

Jordan Valley Semiconductors Ltd (USA) divested their Analytical Division which was then purchased by Xenemetrix Ltd., formed by a private management group under the direction of CEO, Doron Reinis, a founding partner of Business Processes Limited.

Isaac Mazor CEO of Jordan Valley Semiconductors has announced, "As Jordan Valley Semiconductors Ltd focuses on the semiconductor markets, one of our main priorities was the continued care of the customers of our analytical business, and the qualifications of the new management team. We believe the customers of Xenemetrix will benefit from the focus and experience Doron and his team bring to the business as well as the ongoing support from the experienced core workforce that has formed the engine of the analytical business."

The new company will be based in Haifa, Israel with its main Sales Office in Austin, Texas. Xenemetrix will continue to manufacture, distribute, sell, service and support the original Jordan Valley AR EDXRF product lines as well as new products currently under development which will be coming to market in the near future.

Customers will continue to enjoy seamless ongoing support for their existing products and warranties as well as being able to look forward to new cutting edge technology from Xenemetrix Ltd.

The injection of investment and new direction from the experienced management group will establish Xenemetrix as a leading innovator in the materials analysis technology sector. The Company will build on the entrenched reputation of its legacy products and technical expertise of its original R&D and product development team to position itself as a quality provider of solutions in the competitive analytical instrumentation market. The mission of Xenemetrix is to become a trusted brand name and recognized innovator of effective and convenient technologies designed to provide reliable, real time data for research and development, process control and product quality assurance professionals in many different market segments.
