ASTM International Announces Expanded Customer Service Hours

Yesterday, at ASTM International’s first conference of 2018, new board chairman Dale Bohn announced a two-hour expansion of live customer service hours. The hours are moving from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., U.S. Eastern Time.

“ASTM International understands the importance of providing as much support as possible for our thousands of customers around the world,” said Bohn, product quality manager at Flint Hills Resources. “Expanding the hours will help ensure that they can make the most of ASTM’s wide variety of award-winning products and services.”
