The Ralston FieldLab Digital Pressure Calibrator is an intrinsically safe digital pressure gauge that can perform in Class 1, Division 1, ATEX and IECEx Zone 0 locations. This portable pressure calibrator is certified Intrinsically Safe for the harshest conditions anywhere in the world.

The FieldLab will log pressure up to 128 times a second, create pressure logs for hydrostatic testing, log up to 2 million data points and for up to 2 months continuously, perform PSV test in the field or the shop and calibrate pressure gauges with on-screen instructions.

This US manufactured instrument is housed in IP67 material (waterproof to 1 meter) and features a large, colour LCD screen for easy reading and a PC application for creating tests and downloading data via USB. The FieldLab is available with wireless radio for remote communication (optional) with versions for pressure ranges from 15 psi / 200 kPa to 10,000 psi / 70 MPa. The on-screen keyboard allows entry of multiple tag numbers and test information and live viewing is possible from a PC via USB or wirelessly (wireless is optional). The FieldLab comes with 15 pressure units but custom units can be entered. Companion calibration software allows users to create and manage customized tests and download data
