Ralston Instruments’ Quick-test Connection Platform is a unique universal pressure hose system designed to enable rapid, leak-free connections for pressure tests, calibration, and leak testing. The innovative design of Ralston’s hoses and adapters provides dependable, time-saving connections, without the use of wrenches or thread tapes, for low volume, high pressure connections to almost any instrument being tested.

The Quick-test hoses have a smaller inner diameter compared to most hoses, making them a perfect choice for high pressure applications avoiding significant compressed gas or fluid wastage. Ralston’s hoses are made with a polyamide-reinforced inner core, so they can be twisted and bent without losing any volume across the hose. Ralston Quick-test Adapters are the ideal partners of these hoses; they enable a direct connection to male or female NPT, BSPP, tube fittings, metric, AN 37° flare and CGA 580 fillings without any requirements for extra tools or thread sealant. The adapters also vent pressure when connected and, because there is no wrenching required, the threads will not wear.
