Ralston Instruments’ 10,000 psi hydraulic hand pump is an excellent way to generate high pressure for use in calibration and testing in the field.  The pump comes with a hose and process connection and optional pressure gauge or FieldLab for a complete calibration kit.

With this pump it is easy to pump to 10,000 psi / 70 MPa without having the difficulty of locking a stroke limiting knob.  It is made of all stainless steel so pressure is extremely stable and the priming piston allows the user to quickly fill a hose or device under test quickly.  It comes with a hose and adapters for easy connection to anything that is being tested.  The well balanced design makes it easy to pump one-handed.  It can be used with a wide variety of fluids such as water, ethylene glycol, antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid as well as hydraulic fluid.  The metal handles do not fatigue or wear out like the competition and the unique liquid reservoir is highly resistant to shock and corrosive chemicals.  It is easily repaired in the field with standard tools.
