The TI Range of Industrial Washers are engineered for the rigorous demands of the Petroleum Industry. Industrial applications are varied and require a higher level of durability without sacrificing cleaning results. The Lancer TI series of washers have been designed to be the “heavy duty” washer for these demanding applications. TI washers are able to withstand aggressive soiling and cleaning products by the use of durable construction materials such as 316 L Stainless Steel (pump, chamber, valves, hydraulic circuit) and PTFE. These washers provide effective mechanical, thermal and chemical cleaning.

The TI series has 4 chamber sizes and multi-level washing for maximum capacity. You have a lot of glassware to process based on your testing requirements, Lancer’s 1400 TI and 1600 TI Washer Series provides the maximum load size for glassware cleaning in the industry. The Lancer 1400 TI will clean up to 48 quart size bottles per load while the Lancer 1600 TI will clean up to 108 quart size bottles per cycle. The robust design of the hydraulic circuit provides maximum wash efficiency by ensuring complete and thorough coverage on each wash level. Top and bottom stainless steel spray arms provide coverage of interior and exterior large mouthed glassware and the chamber. Injection washing is provided by our wide range of accessories, cleaning inside narrow necked items. The stainless steel recycling pump is protected from potential obstructions by means of a multiple filtering system, ensuring maximum water flow.

Additional key features include doors that are equipped with pneumatic locking mechanisms for easy opening and closing, double insulation to reduce heat and noise, protecting the chamber and casing, detergent and acid delivery system via peristaltic pump for repeatable results and low level chemical alarms to indicate when cleaning chemicals are low. Additionally user friendly programming with easily adjustable parameters (including programming phases, temperature and time of each phase, cleaning chemical dosing, drying temperature and time) is standard. This allows you to set up specific programming requirements for your glassware.
