An honest opinion on the activities of the Renewable Fuels Agency (RFA) could see the organisations given "both barrels" in biofuel analysis from stakeholders and end-users.

The RFA has launched an anonymous survey, calling for feedback whether good or bad.

It argues that, in this way, users' comments can be "gushing in their praise or give us both barrels, secure in the knowledge that we will take their comments on board but they will not affect our working relationship".

All elements of the RFA's operations are covered, from its newsletter to its research activities, carbon and sustainability reporting and administration of the Renewable Transport Fuels Obligation.

Those involved in biofuel analysis as a service external to the production or use of the energy source can also give their opinions.

While the RFA does ask to know what kind of entity is submitting each response, academic institutions, consultancies, media organisations and specified other business types are all welcomed to comment.
