The keynote speeches at Trimble Agriculture's Annual International Reseller's Meeting, held on January 18th in Loveland, Colorado, touch on topics ranging from radio frequency identification (RFID) to advances in
biofuel composition.
Delegates at the event are told that Jack Uldrich, an 'agricultural futurist' and author, will address satellites and sensors,
biofuel composition, RFID, robotics, nanotechnology and biotechnology in a series of speeches at the meeting.
Mr Uldrich is known as the author of works on how companies can outpace developments in technology in a variety of different fields.
He is also due to appear at the California Agricultural Summit on February 10th at the University of California's Davis campus.
Trimble Agriculture itself had an important role to play in the Australian biofuels sector in 2010, when it was appointed to modernise the global navigation satellite system of the Land and Property Management Authority.
Formed in 2009, the authority took over the former duties of the Office of Biofuels, along with a number of other rural affairs offices.
