Huber Kältemaschinenbau GmbH (Germany) has launched a new kinematic viscosity bath. It is designed as low budget and cost competitive solution without compromising on useful “high tech” features.

The Visco 3-Model features a steel cover to facilitate three measurement inserts of 90x90mm. The Visco 5-Model is fitted with a steel cover with five 51mm openings.

The bath is constructed from transparent polycarbonate and is suitable for temperatures from 20 to 100ºC. It has a cooling coil for connection (e.g. for a Minichiller) to provide cooling down to 15°C.

A design feature of the pump construction forces higher flows in the bath resulting in tighter homogeneity to within 0.01K. The new CC-Pilot controller features a colored graphic display, precise indication of level of fluid in the bath (in %) and a powerful pressure/suction circulation pump. The user menu offers English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian languages.
