The new VALEGRO recirculating coolers: user-friendly chillers for a wide range of cooling tasks

The VALEGRO series is a new generation of recirculating coolers developed by JULABO as a reliable partner for precise and efficient temperature control. With their powerful cooling capacity and modern design, VALEGRO units fit perfectly into any work environment. Thanks to the use of natural refrigerants and intelligent, energy-efficient technology, these units operate sustainably and are future-proof. With a focus on user-friendliness: The ergonomically inclined OLED display, the easily accessible interfaces below it, and the clearly visible fill level indicator ensure particularly convenient operation. This allows workflows to be designed more efficiently. The removable venting grid also makes it easier to clean the condenser, thus contributing to the long-term consistent performance and high operational reliability of the device.

Functional and intuitive to use: Full-text prompts help users respond quickly to potential issues and ensure safe handling at all times. Features such as timer, auto-start, and data recording facilitate process monitoring, increase efficiency, and save valuable time in everyday work. The RS232 and USB-C interfaces are integrated as standard, positioned directly below the front display and easily accessible at all times. An Ethernet interface is available as an option, allowing the device to be seamlessly integrated into any network – for full access to all functions directly from your PC.

Powerful and energy-efficient: All VALEGRO models are equipped with a powerful pump. The standard models offer a maximum pump pressure of 1.1 bar, which can be controlled in individual percentage steps via the menu. Models with up to 3.5 bar pump pressure also feature an integrated pressure sensor, enabling precise pressure control via the touchscreen. Models with a cooling capacity of 800 watts or more use particularly energy-efficient components such as speed-controlled compressors and fans. This significantly reduces energy consumption by up to 75% and noticeably lowers operating costs in many applications – resulting in a faster return on investment. At the same time, lower energy consumption actively contributes to climate protection.

The VALEGRO series is available in various performance and equipment options. Depending on the model, operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to +40 °C or, with an additional heating function, up to +85 °C are available. Thanks to the range of extended temperature ranges and increased pump capacities, a suitable VALEGRO solution can be found for almost any temperature control application.
