eralytics has just launched its RDE-OES Spectrometer for elemental analysis. The ERAOIL spectrometer is designed to analyse wear metals, additives, and contaminants in all kinds of operating liquids. It is the first and most advanced stand-alone rotating disc electrode spectrometer available on the market today.

With ERAOIL, up to 32 elements can be measured fully automatically within 30 seconds. The spectrometer’s high-end CMOS detector in combination with the automatic background correction allows for a sub-ppm detection limit (LOD) for most elements.

The ERAOIL spectrometer has been designed to meet ASTM D6595 standards for wear metals, contaminants, and additives in lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids. It also meets ASTM D6728 standards for contaminants in gas turbine and engine fuel.

The stand-alone design of the ERAOIL spectrometer includes a built-in PC, touchscreen, sharpener, and ventilation. It is the smallest, lightest, and most rugged housing for lab and on-site applications.

The ERAOIL spectrometer is the perfect solution for wear metal analysis of lubricants from engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and gear boxes. The fast and easy elemental analysis brings clear advantages for the operation of any commercial means of transport or machines in the industrial environment. This solution also offers clear added value for other applications such as coolants, metal working fluids, or any other process fluids.
