eralytics has recently unveiled the ERAVISC X, a portable kinematic viscometer with lab-precision density measurement capabilities. The ERAVISC X is the latest addition to the company's product line, which includes highly robust and super-small analysers.

The ERAVISC X boasts a revolutionary dynamic capillary measuring cell, which provides high-precision kinematic viscosity testing at any temperature between 15 °C and 100 °C. Thanks to the latest Peltier technology, the ERAVISC X enables automated, high-speed viscosity index measurement. Furthermore, eralytics' patented FillingProof™ solution ensures maximum density accuracy by detecting even the smallest bubbles.

The ERAVISC X enables independent measurements of viscosity and density, allowing for the simultaneous determination of both values at different temperatures. The instrument's unique dynamic capillary viscosity method determines the flow time of the sample as a function of rapidly measured pressure. This patented principle combines the precision of traditional measurement methods with the speed and ease of use of eralytics instruments.
