eralytics has announced the release of ERADENS XS, an innovative density meter with 5-digit precision for field use. As a part of the NEXT ERA instrument family, ERADENS XS is a highly precise and rugged density meter that is designed to operate in harsh environments such as extreme temperatures and vibrations. The device has a robust, full-metal construction and weighs only 1.5 kg, making it highly portable and easy to use in the field.

ERADENS XS is compliant with ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185 and is ideal for use in the petroleum and chemical industries. The device measures density with 5-digit precision using temperature-controlled x-oscillating metal U-tube technology.

The ERADENS XS is highly user-friendly and offers fast and easy operation by connecting the analyser via Bluetooth® with the user’s mobile device. Additionally, an optional long-life lithium battery extends the measurement possibilities even in the most remote areas. The device is also available for direct connection with all eralytics analysers and offers true portability on-site. 

ERADENS XS requires minimum bench space when used in the lab and features a unique sample introduction from the top and ergonomic handle, making it simple for left or right handed operators to use.
