Cambridge Viscosity’s advanced oscillating piston technology allows for continuous viscosity readings. With only one moving part, our viscometers are high tech but low maintenance, and are easy to use, clean and maintain. There is no need for complex spindles or capillaries that require frequent maintenance and shutdown. Eliminates messy, high maintenance tubes... and no more clogging.
Measurement is fully automatic and only requires less than 2ml of fluid for accurate viscosity measurement and control.

Cambridge Viscosity’s oscillating piston technology complies with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D 7483-08 specifications for its Standard Test Method for Determination of Dynamic and Kinematic Viscosity of Liquids. This test method directly correlates with ASTM D445 and covers viscosity of liquids particularly suitable for petroleum products and lubricants.
