Leveraging BARTEC BENKE’s decades of experience in physical property analysis, the RapiDist-4 Distillation Process Analyser is developed to meet the growing demands of 21st-century refineries. With highly accurate boiling curve measurements and cycle times down to 10 minutes, it is the perfect choice for fast process control of atmospheric distillation columns and blending processes.

The RapiDist-4 analyser provides real distillation with true volume measurement from IBP to FBP for an outstanding correlation with the ASTM D86. No need to recalibrate when change composition, no matter if it is naphtha, jet fuels, fuel oils, diesel fuels, petroleum products, or liquid hydrocarbons. The core components of the rapiDist-4, such as the dosing unit, vaporiser, condenser and receiver, are made of highest quality components and meet the design specifications set out by ASTM D86. An ASTM D86 conform validation is optionally available.

Thanks to the contactless volume measurement without moving parts the analyzer provides industry leading robustness and system uptime. A fully automated decoking procedure for flask regeneration significantly minimizes maintenance effort and operational costs compared to other D86 correlative analysis technologies.

The highly robust rapiDist-4 is certified to operate in hazardous areas under ATEX, IECEx, CSA C/US, TRCU, among others on request.
