Tired of wasting your expensive sample fluid? The solution is finally here: A&D’s new sinewave vibro viscometer, the SV-A series. This new viscometer can perform viscosity measurements with a sample as small as 2ml (SV-1A).

Furthermore, unlike conventional viscometers, while maintaining an excellent repeatability of 1% of reading, the SV-A’s tuning-fork vibration method allows for continuous measurements from very low to high viscosity [SV-1A: 0.3~1000mPa•s (cP), SV-10A: 0.3~10000mPa•s (cP), SV-100A: 1000~100000mPa•s (cP)] without changing the sensor plates. The SV-A comes with the standard software set, which realises real-time, simultaneous graph plotting of both viscosity and temperature changes on a PC. This makes it easy to find the cloud point of samples, such as for nonionic surface-active agents.
