ICP-OES and XRF Specialists Establish Japanese Office and Demonstration Facility

Spectro Analytical Instruments (Germany) has opened an instrument demonstration and application laboratory along with a direct sales, service and marketing office in Tokyo near Shinagawa station to better serve its growing Japanese customer base.
“We are very pleased with our new Tokyo office and demonstration facility. It represents a further expansion of our presence in Japan and reflects the growing importance of our customer base here,” notes Manfred Bergsch, Spectro Business Unit Manager.
Spectro has offered arc/spark, ICP optical emission and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers in Japan since the 1980s with more than 700 systems installed countrywide. “We are now able to provide our customers with a wider range of products and services, including product demonstrations, customer training seminars, applications
workshops and factory direct service and support, “adds Mr. Andreas Eerden, General Manager of Spectro Japan.
