Safety Experts Appoints Central Europe Sales Manager

To provide increased support for its existing channels to market in key European markets and to develop business in emerging eastern European economies E2S (UK), leading independent manufacturers of audible and visual warning devices for the hazardous area, marine and industrial sectors, has appointed Wolfgang Pfanner to the newly created position of Sales Manager Central Europe. Wolfgang, based in Reutlingen, some 25km from Stuttgart, has an impressive track record in the electronic and electromechanical components industries, having previously held senior sales positions for leading Japanese and European groups.

His key tasks are to strengthen E2S’s relationship with the established distributor network through product and application training and commercial and technical support; he will also be responsible for identifying suitable distribution partners in the newly independent countries. In addition to developing sales through the distribution network, he will also be responsible for creating direct supply relationships with OEM customers in key industry sectors such as petro-chemical, oil and gas, process automation, machine tool manufacture and industrial equipment production.
