AW-Lake announce organisational changes and welcome new controller

AW-Lake has appointed Micah Feinberg, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as Controller, while Tammie Steiner is the new Director of Sustainability at TASI Test and Automation, who own a stable of globally renowned test and measurement companies, including AW Lake.  Feinberg holds a CPA among numerous other qualifications and boasts over two decades of accounting and finance experience which includes skills in financial modelling, cost reduction, change management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.  Mr Feinburg has previously held controller roles for several industrial manufacturers where he streamlined and automated various accounts payable/receivable and closing activities and enhanced existing ERP/accounting systems.

In his new role, Feinberg will be responsible for the forecasting, strategising, and budgeting of AW Lake’s financial programs as well as support EXACT Dispensing Systems, another division of TASI Group, with financial planning and targets. He will oversee both accounting departments, including payroll, accounts payable, tax, audit, budget, general ledger, consolidated financial reporting, cash management and staffing.

Micah Feinburg’s predecessor Tammie Steiner has accepted a new role as Director of Sustainability for TASI Test and Automation, the new position involves the development, implementation, and control of sustainability strategies and initiatives within the company.
