Thomas Products Ltd (USA) Model 1100 is an line flow sensor used for monitoring insufficient or excessive flow rates of liquids. Operation: A magnet equipped shuttle is displaced at the proper calibrated flow of liquid to actuate a SPDT hermetically sealed reed switch within the stem.

This unit is available with factory fixed flow settings of .4 to 100 GPM in water or custom flow settings in oil. Other models are available with adjusting vanes for adjusting the set points in the field. Standard process connections range from ¾” to 3” NPT and optional silver braze or socket weld ports are available. Materials of brass, bronze, 316 stainless stell or monel are standard. Model 1100 has passed testing for accelerated life, salt spray, shock and vibration. Maximum pressure ratings of 1200 PSI @ 100ºF.
