Thomas Products Ltd’s, (USA) Model 1500 is a high pressure in line flow
switch which is designed for accurate field adjustability with flow settings for both liquids and gasses. Also, factory can supply fitted settings for tamper proof units. This model is available with ½†NPT ports and is constructed of brass or 316 stainless steel. Flow settings range from .1 GPM to 20.0 GPM in liquids or from 1 to 475 SCFM in gasses. This model is very versatile because of the wide range of flow settings and its low-pressure drop.
Operation is simple: The piston, housing a magnet, is displaced by the
liquids/gasses flow or no flow condition to actuate a hermetically sealed SPDT reed switch.
