Perma-Cal’s high performance gearless, direct drive pressure gauges are now available on an all-welded mini-seal, which has been customised to perform specifically with Perma-Cal’s instruments.

This setup provides offers improved accuracy. In comparison to standard diaphragm seals on C-Tube gauges, Perma-Cal’s design requires far less fill fluid to operate. Fill fluid expands and contracts with temperature. As such, less fluid provides more consistent accuracy readings with temperature fluctuations.

Perma-Cal assert that gearless, direct drive design sets the industry standard for vibration, pulsation and shock performance. This, in combination with a custom all-welded mini-seal, provides a package with superior performance. Additionally, because of the volume required to drive a C-Tube gauge, a larger diaphragm seal is typically required significantly increasing cost.

This leading range of gauges do not require liquid fill to perform. This eliminates the risk of gauge fill fluid leaking or discolouring. Additionally, it makes the gauges sanitary and environment friendly.

The sleek, all-welded design is customised to perform specifically with Perma-Cal gauges and eliminate potential leak paths. This unique Perma-Cal setup is available in multiple materials, connection types and fill fluids.
