Jan 14 2011

Atsan (Turkey) serve modular designed code programmes to optimise measurement, assessment, automation, calibration, management, reporting, monitoring and remote control for the installations of pumping; metering; level gauging; custody transfer applications; skid model sets; motor running hours; and emergency buttons and gas sensors with LEL measurement in petrol, oil and Liquid Petrol Gas (LPG) sector applications.

Atsan adopted the principle of developing result-oriented specific solutions as the core business on industrial process control equipments, instruments and their applications. Their engineering and consultancy services offer specialist design experience according to clients needs and have already been an imperative aid to many leading companies in a variety of areas.

Atsan offer the industry a combination of high quality flow meter systems for petrol and LPG road tankers with the optimal investment cost and their truck metering solution. Furthermore, with Atsans’ experience they unite Coriolis principle technology accurate mass flow meters and worldwide verified brands’ indicating totalisers, according custody transfer applications. The Netherland Measurement Institute (NMi) has approved this final product with New Approach MID 2004/22/EC directives in accordance with OIML R-117 / 1 rules obeying Mechanical Class M3 and Electronic Class E3 - the correct application for road tankers.

In addition to truck meter set, both GPS connection and GPRS internet communication enables tankers’ fleet management; instant stock monitoring; logistic planning; distribution programmes; client orders; transaction tracking; customer tank levels; vehicle speed control; and online follow ups. The pump motor is controlled as soon as the tanker is within the customer GPS coordinates; consequently this solution provides automated loading and prevention of unplanned filling.

Electrical Remote Monitoring Panel for fuel and LPG stations instantly communicates with the field equipment to measures tank levels; liquid volume; tank pressure; pneumatic pressure; motor active and reactive values; earthing; cathodic protection; energy supply; dispenser sales totals; running hours; and Low Emergency Levels. This data is then processed to preventive maintenance management with administrative reports and forecasted service schedules.

Therefore, Atsan offer the benefits of a wide variety of industrial field device installation; projection; remote monitoring; and management solutions, all within one organisation.
