On December 2nd, 2014 it has been 5 years since TE Instruments (the Netherlands) was founded. After the closing of the “Trace Elemental Combustion Analyzer factory” in Delft, the Netherlands, a small team of long term colleagues re-grouped and started a new entity.

Combining decades of expertise in product development, the first year was used for research and development. After the market introduction at Analytica Munich in 2010, TE Instruments started promoting and selling the XPLORER series.

Over the past 3 years TE Instruments has doubled the growth year-over-year. In the meantime the company assigned additional employees with the strongest increase in 2014. Currently TE Instruments is a dedicated team of 28 employees providing a mix of long term experience and a series of new and young talents.

Together with over 50 strategic distribution partners the XPLORER series has developed, becoming ‘‘Instrument of Choice’’ at many (petro)chemical, inspection, QC and environmental testing laboratories. In January 2015 TE Instruments host a Global Distribution Meeting in the Netherlands, celebrating the strong positioning of the product line and the excellent distribution partnerships throughout the world.

Trace Elemental Instruments manufactures the smallest bench space laboratory instrument in the market for the analysis of Total Nitrogen, Sulphur, and Halogens; the XPLORER series enables optimal application flexibility for liquid, solid and Gas/LPG matrices, as well as AOX, TOX, EOX and POX applications.
