VHG Labs (USA) has introduced a new line of standards for the analysis of biodiesel fuel for metals and sulphur. The biodiesel matrix is formulated from soy bean oil in order to more accurately match the matrix of biodiesel samples during analysis.

This new product line includes both single and multi-element standards for the analysis of Ca, K, Mg, Na and P in biodiesel by ICP-AES in accordance with EN14214 and ASTM D6751, as well as a set of sulfur standards for ultra low sulfur analysis in biodiesel. VHG’s Biodiesel Standards are manufactured and certified under VHG’s quality control

system that is registered to both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Every VHG standard undergoes complete final QA checks and is accompanied by a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (COA).

VHG Labs also offers a wide range of standards for use in the analysis of new and used petroleum products, a complete line of aqueous standards

as well as instrument supplies and consumables.
