PerkinElmer and Arnel (USA) partners in engineered analytical solutions for hydrocarbon processing and allied industries, have introduced two new high-speed refinery gas analysers, Models 1117 and 1317 High-Speed Refinery Gas Analysers. Both analysers are based on the PerkinElmer® Clarus® 600 Gas Chromatograph and incorporate special column sets to accommodate the use of hydrogen carrier gas to optimise throughput.
The Model 1117 High-Speed Refinery Gas Analyser provides guaranteed analysis of helium, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, CO, H2S, C1 through C5 hydrocarbons including olefins and C5=,C6+ composite
in approximately 7.5 minutes using two thermal conductivity detectors and a flame ionisation detector.
The Model 1317 provides the additional capability of sampling pressurised liquids through the use of a liquid sampling valve. The analysers are built upon the same robust and proven design of previous PerkinElmer-Arnel analysers with the added benefit of improved productivity and throughput. The new models extend the family of
refinery gas analysers for customers who need precision, speed of analysis and throughput.
