An essential tool for gas measurement

Apr 18 2019 Read 96 Times

An accurate measurement of a gas concentration involves several parameters like sampling, measurement technique, analyser, operator and calibration. CO2 taxes and regulations oblige power plants and incinerators owners to regularly measure and calibrate the emissions of their installations.

In some cases, very high accuracy is required and the precision of gas measurement is a crucial point.

In order to fulfill the various standards, the Sonimix 2106 gas mixer is the essential tool. It is built according the ISO 6145/6 standard and the sonic nozzle principle makes it the most accurate and stable device on the market and provides superior metrological performances: uncertainty and repeatability are better than 0.5%, for the dilution range of the device. It generates binary mixtures from 0 to 100% in fixed steps in a pure mechanical process without electronic regulation and without any influence from ambient pressure or temperature.

LNI Swissgas, who are exhibiting on stand 71 at PEFTEC 2019, is a genuine multinational reference in manufacturing premium gas generators, gas mixers and gas calibrators for analytical, industrial and environmental applications: more than thirty years of know-how, 100% in-house production, continuous improvement and a unique R&D at the forefront of the market in order to always offer the best innovative solutions that anticipate and meet the most specific needs of the customers.
