L-K Industries (USA) is pleased to introduce its new, convenient and easy to use Criterion Water Bath. It is designed and built to operate in Class 1, Group D, Division 1 areas per CSA and US standards. The unit features digitally controlled Temperature, programmable in either Fahrenheit or Centigrade. Both 115 VAC and 220VAC Models are available, operating at 50 or 60 HZ, with 250 watts of power - and its modular design ensures that the Criterion is easy to configure in any lab. This highly accurate instrument maintains a set point of +/- 3°F.

The unit, which is covered to minimise evaporation, will hold 2 gallon bottles of solvent and 14 “C” model Long Cone tubes. It will maintain the chosen temperature within the specified ASTM/API temperature guidelines, it is fully insulated – so temperature will keep the temperature on the inside. The highly versatile Criterion offers a digital temperature read out, and is fully programmable; users can program the set point from ambient to 250°F.
