High Resolution MALDI-TOFMS

This new ultra-high resolution MALDITOFMS system from JEOL (Netherlands) incorporates an innovative SpiralTOF ion optical system. Different combinations with MS-MS and linear TOF, exploits full capabilities of this innovative mass spectrometer.

In the linear configuration synthetic polymers can be observed up to 200 kD. Also for copolymer analysis this SpiralTOF will offer a simple solution.

The system has a very high resolution over a large m/z range.

In the MS/MS mode, we can take advantage of the high precursor ion selectivity to generate “clean spectra”. In the HE-CID only mono-isotopic ions will be observed.
