DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Celebrated Mass Spectrometer Manufacturer

InProcess Instruments (Germany) was successfully certified for the areas of Research and Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Servicing by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH in spring 2009. For the IPI staff the certification was preceded by one year of concerted effort targeted at defining processes and procedures more precisely and adding transparency.

The InProcess Instruments corporate philosophy is highest product quality, reliable service, dependable application support and continuous product advancement. With the introduction of the quality management system the company wants to stay abreast of technical and customer demands and thereby satisfy the most exacting standards on product quality, service and customer focus with additional transparency, reliability and efficiency.

Their goal is the further enhancement of customer satisfaction whilst providing maximum support for their staff when realising customer-specific commissions.

To design and organise the Quality Management Handbook the company installed an Intranet-based online solution, which documents and updates the ongoing development of the quality management processes.
