Refex Sensors Ltd is an independent development/manufacturing  company based in Westport - Co. Mayo - Ireland.

Refex manufactures the patented electrodes with the unique 'Non-Porous' reference interface that is replacing all electrodes with the porous/leaking/open reference junctions (the main cause of high maintenance and electrode failure)

The advantages of the Refex Non-Porous electrodes - they cannot be poisoned or fouled - Free from diffusion potential and KCl dilution errors - Withstands high and varying temperatures and pressures - Accurate - stable Eo zero point - almost maintenance free - Long Life.

Refex electrodes are available with DIN 12 x 120 mm and 12 x 225 mm stem dimensions with PG 13.5 Head caps  for European installations and also wide body electrodes with 3/4"and 1" NPT process fittings for North America.

Refex electrodes are compatible with good quality pH transmitter (Knick, Yokogawa, Emerson, PI) 

Refex electrodes are the best for all Oil and Gas and Petrochemical applications - Chlor-Alkali applications (chlorinated and spent brine's)

- Chemical Processes including chromium, cyanide, peroxide, sulfide, ammonia etc. Ultra Pure Waters (boiler-feed) and best for all stages of potable water treatment - especially optimized coagulation.
