High Pressure Pump for Reactant Feed

The new 65DM high precision, high pressure syringe pump from Teledyne Isco delivers exceptional low flow stability at pressures up to 10,000 psi, making it ideal for reactant feed applications such as chemical process development and catalyst evaluation.

Other applications include rock core analysis for hydrocarbon recovery studies and proteomic research using nanobore capillary packed columns.

The 65DM pump handles a broad range of fluid delivery and dispensing applications. Flow rate is settable from 0.001 up to 64ml/minutes, with a 10,000 psi (689 bar) pressure limit. The programmable controller gives you instant access to menu screens, even when the pump is running, to enable on-the-fly changes in limits and operating parameters.

Wetted materials are compatible with most aqueous and organic liquids, corrosive solutions, heated fluids, liquefied gases, viscous fluids, and slurries or pastes. Optional materials such as Hastelloy C-276 are available upon request.
