Lutz-Jesco (Germany) has launched the new Magdos LB solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump.

The Magdos LB is an easy sell not only because of its elegant design but also because of its completely redesigned drive and its extended metering capacities. The pump now allows for significantly increased ranges and for a more economical scope of use. The Magdos LB is available in several sizes with a dosing capacity of up to 15 l/h or up to 16 bar. Several different materials and connections are available for suction and discharge

side, depending on the specific applications. By using appropriate and recommended materials, the Magdos LB can be used in almost all process applications.

The compact, space saving design and footprint of the pump are suitable for integration into almost every metering system. Moreover, the pump can be installed in the most diverse positions. As part of the new “Plug&Play” concept, dosing pump configurations with a range of 110 to 240 VAC are available worldwide for immediate use.

Further highlights of the pump include the easy-to-control dosing rate and the integrated vented metering head. The pump’s drive-rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 100%. This is the first time that the new calibration function has been put into use; it makes it very easy to adjust the dosing pump to suit individual operating conditions (pressure and viscosity of the medium).
