DTM (Driver Test Manager) Now Available for Level and Density Measurement System

Berthold Technologies’ (Germany) LB 480 series of level and density monitors are now available packaged with a Windows based DTM (Driver Test Manager) to ensure a certified level of measurement accuracy.

For the operating interface you need a so-called FDT2-container, e.g. PACTware, in which the DTM must be integrated.The user interface of the DTM is very intuitive and clearly presented. Archiving and printing of the parameter settings, as well as data upload, is also a simple task making the job of taking clear and accurate readers far easier than ever before.

The DTM includes the same parameter set as the DD has for the HART-communicator. Thus, the DTM can improve the quality and the effectiveness of instrument commissioning. A HART-Modem is necessary for the connection of the PC with the HART current output

Users can also make printouts of the parameter settings in a file or in a hardcopy form. You can use the DTM as a service tool as well as a tool for the continuous plant care in the DCS.
