Strengthen your Lab Performance: Learn about new developments on sulphur and nitrogen determination

Precision, accuracy and robustness are key words and essential parameters to determine the effectiveness of any analytical application. Surveyors, refinery, and QC labs must determine the Nitrogen and Sulfur content with fewer personnel while the number of samples keep increasing and the time to report is under pressure. Moreover, all these analyses must be done in compliance with a variety of test methods, such as the ASTM D5453, ASTMD4629 and ASTM D6667.

All these factors are pressing on the role of operators of analytical instrumentation these days.

As an operator, you should always be ready for the next sample that comes in. Simply said, no time to waste; you need results now!

Sebastian Sanchez

TE Instruments

The presenter of the upcoming webinar is Sebastian Sanchez, currently working as Product Manager at TE Instruments, based in Delft, The Netherlands. After graduating with an Analytical Chemistry degree (specialized in Environmental chemistry) he chose to start his career in the Pharmaceutical sector as method application specialist, granting him a steady basis of hands-on in the lab. Knowing he could be more of use in the development of analytical instrumentation, he joined a Swiss based company, specialized in Ion Chromatography (IC), in 2009. During his period of work on IC projects, Sebastian also started to work together with TE Instruments on a hyphenated analytical technique called C-IC (a combination of combustion analyzers and Ion chromatography). Sebastian and TE Instruments turned out to be a nice match: he started working as Product manager at TE Instruments in the beginning of 2021.
