Selecting the best flowmeter for your application has now been made easier with ABB’s (UK) new series of animated podcast tutorials. Covering the main flowmeter technologies, the podcasts can be readily downloaded to a PC or portable device for viewing.
Podcasts are available covering electromagnetic, variable area, mass flow, differential pressure and swirl and vortex. flowmeters. Users are provided with an explanation of how each type of flowmeter works, where they can be used and their advantages and disadvantages for specific applications. The launch of the podcasts follows the unveiling of ABB’s new FlowMaster range in 2008.
