FLUXANA offers its customers in addition to the gas-based fusion system VULCAN now an electrical fusion machine. The new electric fusion system meets the high demands on sample preparation and demonstrates a high level of precision in the analysis with XRF or ICP. It is configured so that the customer can create any applications.

  • Fully automatic cold to cold operation for 1, 2, 4 or 6 samples
  • Resistant FluxInert ceramic cruicible holder and oven floor
  • Sample agitation by rotation with up to 250 rpm
  • Full microprocessor control
  • Applications with variable temperature setting possible
  • Highest precision for all kind of materials
  • Storage of 10 different application programs
  • Works with pure Lithiumtetraborate or mixtures of Lithiumtetraborate and Lithiummetaborate
  • No non wetting agent necessary
  • Compatible with VULCAN gas fusion machine
    (no new calibration necessary)
  • Watch your sample during prefusion with an optional camera (important for method development)
