art photonics GmbH was founded in 1998 in Berlin to develop and produce specialty fiber products in standard and customized design for a broad spectral range 0.3-16µm. The highly skilled team runs high volume production according ISO 9001:2015, including the pioneering worldwide leading technology of unique Polycrystalline Silver Halide PIR-fibers for finger-print Mid IR-range 3-16µm. While PIR-fibers are used for assembly of different cables, bundles and spectroscopy probes used with FTIR, QCL, Dual-Comb and other IR-spectrometers, - the other IR-glass fibers and Hollow Waveguides are also used for 1-16µm range to enable ATR-evanescent absorption, transmission and reflection spectroscopy applications for process-control and medical diagnostics. Silica fibers, including unique Metal coated fibers, are used in assembly of various Raman, fluorescent, NIR-reflection and innovative Combi-probes of customized design.
