The next generation of gas detection solutions
May 02 2023
GfG’s D-ReX is their latest gas detection solution. With three versions available, the D-ReX can be customised to meet the needs of a variety of industries and applications.
The D-ReX PoU (Point of Use) uses diffusion to monitor gases at its mounting location, making it ideal for on-site gas detection. The D-ReX PoI comes with a remote sensor, which can be installed in hard-to-reach or rarely accessed areas, such as pipes. The integrated pump of the D-ReX PoS allows for gas sampling up to 30 meters away, with optional line integrity monitoring capability.
The D-ReX is specifically designed for the challenging requirements of the semiconductor industry, with sensor cartridges that can be replaced within seconds and entirely without tools to minimise maintenance and downtime. The D-ReX features sensors for toxic and combustible gases, including AsH3, Br2 Cl2, COCl2, NH3‚ PH3 and more, with different measuring ranges available. The D-ReX also has a built-in Bluetooth function for servicing via app and will soon be compatible with LonWorks.
In addition to its versatility and ease of maintenance, the D-ReX has a high-resolution colour screen displaying all information in plain text, as well as an integrated voltage supply interface with Power over Ethernet. The D-ReX will also soon feature a Py-ReX module for gases requiring a pyrolyzer.
