A steady green backlight indicates normal operation, flashing yellow indicates warning/fault and flashing red indicates an alarm. Sensepoint also minimises false alarms through an auto-inhibit of outputs when the device is being adjusted, preventing unnecessary false alarms at the control panel. This enables an engineer to make changes to the device in the field without requiring a second operator at the control panel to manually inhibit the device.
