Chromatotec provides a turnkey solution for industrial air monitoring using their world-renowned range of industrial analysers and generators in an air-conditioned or heated shelter.

This compact measuring cabinet is manufactured for use in the harshest of indoor and outdoor environments, and therefore perfectly suited for installation on industrial sites or potentially explosive locations.

This level of integration ensures that the system is well controlled and regulated in terms of operational temperature and protected from adverse and extreme weather conditions. This helps extend the life of the systems while reducing maintenance costs. Temperature and humidity inside the shelter are monitored with trends evaluated on the analyser’s internal computer.

This mobile analysis solution includes the continuous monitoring of VOCs (alkanes C2 to C25, PAH, siloxanes, etc.), amino compounds, ketones, aldehydes, sulphur compounds (H2S, mercaptans, sulphides, etc.) and other compounds such as ammonia, chlorine, CH4, CO2 and N2O, at concentration levels ranging from ppt to ppm. The solution features integrated alarms to warn of high pollution levels detected in the ambient air during ground operations or the characterisation of gas plumes.

The integrated analytical configuration is modular, flexible, and autonomous thanks to the use of 19'' racks that are interchangeable to suit the individual operator’s needs and applications, as well as the use of generators, calibration and specific sampling modules.
